CounterPath’s Channel Partner program includes access to the partner portal, which enables partner onboarding and the ability to immediately fulfill customer orders, with automated quarterly billing. The partner portal also includes a sophisticated notification & reporting facility, to assist partners in managing orders, including annual subscription reminders. For partners who choose to leverage their own backend ordering & provisioning systems, CounterPath offers a mature API for direct integration with our Stretto platform.

CounterPath’s Channel Partner Program also provides up-sell opportunities for advanced services, such as collaboration, with margins that are significantly higher than what can be achieved from selling traditional “hard” phones.  CounterPath’s onboarding process includes technical training/certification, access to up-to-date technical and marketing materials, access to technical support trouble-ticketing system and lead referrals. CounterPath has hundreds of thousands of customers globally, and we are continuing to expand our global footprint by providing our partners with compelling revenue opportunities.
