Bria for Salesforce is Now Lightning Ready!

The CounterPath team is pleased to announce that we have released a significant update to Bria for Salesforce®. Over the past few months, Lightning support has been the number one requested feature we’ve heard from Salesforce adminstrators. This new release now supports Lightning, as well as the Classic and Sales Console interfaces, in a single package.

For users of the Salesforce Lightning interface, this is exciting news! Now Lightning users can also take advantage of CounterPath’s OpenCTI integration, in order to increase user productivity with integrated calling, instant messaging, presence and screen sharing. Whether your team uses the Salesforce Classic interface, the new Lightning interface, or both, you can free your sales team to focus on selling, not on entering data.
