Call History Synchronization
Have you ever made a call from the office, and then gone on the road and needed to dial that same unsaved number again? Well now Bria Enterprise synchronizes your call history across all of your devices. Regardless of where you called from, you’ll see the same Call History records across all devices.
Have your phone say goodbye to nuisance calls for you! Admins can configure up to 10 distinct phone numbers for Bria to block, in addition to enabling blocking for anonymous calls and/or calls with no number for the entire organization. Are select users having additional nuisance calls? Not a problem, users can add phone numbers on their own for Bria to block.
Need to get a quick message out to colleagues, but don’t want to start another group chat? The new Broadcast IM feature on our Bria desktop apps help you do just that. Unlike chat rooms, with a Broadcast IM all recipients will receive your message at once and can optionally reply to the message but only you will see these replies.
Help us help you! This new troubleshooting feature allows Bria on Windows and Mac to perform network packet captures in PCAP format, to get a better view of what may be happening when things aren’t working right.
